V24 South Korean Number Station at 5290 kHz UTC time and date can be seen in the UTC widget running in the upper right side of the video. Transmission started on the half-hour with a pop song (edited out by me, as it always gets flagged as a copyright violation by YouTube), followed by a voice reading out numbers in the Korean language.
