I have used E100S and it is a very nice film. Good grain, sharpness, and good contrast. It also push processes very well, (I typically push all my 100 speed film to 160), with very little effect on the aforementioned. The E100SW is very similar, except with a warmer color balance. However, if you are like me, and wish to be money concious, the Elite II100 film is the same emulsion as the E100S films. The only differences, are the cold storage, and close dating of the film, and the fact the Elite II 100 is color balanced somewhere between the E100S, and the E100SW.
I actually use several variety of films, all which generally keep me happy. Fuji Provia and Velvia, Kodak K200 and E100S or Elite II 100. The 100SW is a little too warm for me. RIck Newton --> SPORRS: Serious Photographers of Railroad Related Subjects X-Mozilla-Status: 0011 Content-Length: 5352
