The Mountain Workshop is a documentary-style photojournalism "shooters" workshop. Participants shoot picture stories about people of the selected county and receive intensive critique from nationally recognized professional visual journalists. Objectives: Participants shoot a complete picture story while working on shooting techniques, interpersonal and story telling skills. Who Should Attend? This hands-on workshop is an excellent learning opportunity. It inspires and motivates visual journalists in the documentary photojournalism spirit and provides an opportunity to discover a fresh perspective in one's work. Faculty: The workshop faculty is comprised of nationally recognized photojournalists, photo managers and editors. This year's faculty includes Torsten Kjellstrand, Michael Williamson, Jack Corn, Tom Hardin, Judy Griesedieck, Annie Wells and others to be named.
