While talking to the Fuji Phoenix lab a short while ago, I inquired about skipping the embossing stage of the slide mounting. At first, they explained that the process was automated and couldn't be changed, then I explained our situation (and our satisfaction with the processing) and the desire to print on the mount. They are currently looking at ways to elimanate the embossing step and I was told that they would call me back with the results within an hour. I'll post it when I get the info.
