Moose Peterson is frothing at the mouth over the new F&L ballhead, but they are not available here yet to try. The Kirk ballhead looks to be very finely machined just like the rest of their products, but it does not have a concentric ball like the Arca Swiss, so I am skeptical that it will operate as smoothly without flopping around. I am anxious to see these new products.
