Hi Guys!
     It recently came to my attention that I am missing a roll of Provia 
I sent to Fuji in early May of this year.  I have the mailer number, but 
how do I contact Fuji to see what the deal is with this roll?  Is a 
letter appropriate, or would a phone call handle the problem better?
     Also, if they try to claim that they sent the roll and it was lost 
in the mail, how do I verify their claim?  I'm not looking to blame them 
(yet), but I just hate the thought of a lost roll from an otherwise 
dependable processor.
