I've never had Kodalux handle something this way before, and I've had it happen a couple of times.
On my recent trip to Wyoming and Montana I sent in nine rolls of Provia to Fuji in Phoenix. Everything came back fine in about 10 days except in one of my boxes were several slides that weren't mine, looked like an elderly couple on vacation. Anyway, I put them in an envelope and sent them back to Fuji giving them what information I could, hoping they could find their proper owner. The other day I get an envelope in the mail from Fuji, it contained a nice letter thanking me for returning the slides (they did know who they were supposed to go to). They also enclosed TEN Fuji mailers. Also an 800 number to contact the customer service rep at if I ever had any questions or concerns about their services. Needless to say I was impressed, we operate pretty much the same way in the airline industry (heavy sarcasm here).
