I read somewhere, and I cannot remember where, about the federal
government wanting to prohibit the intercepting of radio messages that are
not
public. The wording of the message, I read, was that it would be illegal to
listen in of train radio frequencies. Does anyone remember seeing such a
message? If so could you please forward me a copy. I would like to get
my railroad club involved in writing to congress to not make it a law.
