Hi Folks:

Yesterday I posted a message about my experience with the Nikon
Coolscan II scanner.  The statement that I made about Nikon Tech
Support not returning my phone call was in error.  I confused the event
with a call to another company.

To set the record straight:  I called Nikon Tech Support but did not
leave my name or request a callback.  Instead, I wrote to them and
received a timely reply (in a week or so).

I would have preferred talking to someone, but the Tech Support people
did in fact solve my problem in a timely manner.  I regret any
defamation of Nikon's character as a result of my misstatement.
