Hello all:

Because of strong current interest in the Vietnam War era, I have
recently been adding photos from from my time in Vietnam
(1969-1970) to my Web site.

I have now added 11 additional images, all from a train trip in early
1970. The new overview page can be accessed directly at the following
URL:

        http://www.robl.w1.com/Pix/viet-rr.htm

I thought that these historic railroad photos may be of interest to the
SPORRS group.

The trip on which these photos were made was described in an
illustrated article in the May, 1974 issue of the magazine Rail Classics.
However, that magazine reproduced all my images in black and white.
(All were color transparencies.) You can now see these images in
color.

Please keep in mind that my Web site is not a railfan site. The site
is intended for the marketing of my photographic work. However,
I do photograph a lot of transportation subjects.

Enjoy. -- Ernest
