I have also been following the discussion on copyrights with much interest. I
must admit I know very little about this subject and haven't really given the
idea of copyrights, for my slides anyway, very much thought. I would agree
with the general consensus that unless I have given  permission for a
photograph to be used nobody should have the right to use that photograph for
any purpose they desire. I have to believe him when he says his intent was not
to steal from anyone, however upon realizing the error of his ways he should
make the necessary correction and move on.

Initially I thought that Rick Gardner should be given an opportunity to clean
up his act and be made a member of this list, however after reading his
response I now feel that we really don't need his type on this list.
