Interesting conversations.

No doubt some bad judgement, and legal lines crossed.

Glad I'm not Rick Gardner.

Reality: some people will do whatever they want to do anyways.

Story: NY-NJ railfans can be tough. Once saw a non-railfan photographer threatened to be stoned-to-death since he was standing in front of the "approved" photo line. Steam train was imminent.

It was his farm. He reminded us he had a shotgun in the house. Photo line moved. NY-NJ railfans not as tough as they thought.

If this many messages were aimed at me and insulting me and my site, calling me names, destroying my reputation, and threatening my business, and my livelihood . . I would be monitoring SPORRS, copying responses, taking names, and consulting my attorney.

If and when his website and business goes down the tube and he loses his future source of revenue, he will have a legitimate right to pursue those that targeted him. Now that would be a lawsuit.

Not approving of his actions, and still glad I'm not Rick Gardner and tired of the subject. If that means I'm expelled from SPORRS, after 163 emails on this subject, OK!
