It's the extent of the scanner support these days and it links you to frames pages with links to discussion group postings. They still give you no option to connect to a live person on the phone, but now they have a voice mail menu and you can leave a message (at 516-547-4311) with your scanner serial number after the beep... when it connects you to the old answering machine. Leave several. I always do. Someone may fax you back by Christmas.
