I have a question that has nothing to do with slide shows.? I recently was fortunate to find a new or like-new copy of the book "Main Streets of the Northwest" by T.O. Repp. I had been looking for this book for a while and just love the book.? My question is: this book is "Volume 1 Oregon - Idaho - Montana" and the preface refers to a planned volume 2, which was to cover Washington and British Columbia.? Was the second volume ever published?
