I'm excited about all of this enthusiasm. :)

One problem though with compliling a top ten list such as Charlie has
undertaken, is that the SPORRS site images are changing faster than you can
put a list out, and the shots that you voted for may no longer be on the
site after they cycle off. The images just changed again this morning when
I updated them, and hopefully I will have time to add even more again
tomorrow.

Please note that while I don't mind what SPORRS members compile what lists
of what shots, not putting this stuff on this list seems to defeat part of
this list's purpose. We do have a monthly SOTM vote which lists the most
popular shots by vote, so before we run off with our own private contests,
no matter how great of an idea that they sound like, we may want to
consider using some of that energy and time for participating in what we
already have, or for writing or contributing something for the site pages
that are still empty.

Last month's "Top 20" list (according to the 32 SPORRS members that voted)
is at:

http://www.anet-stl.com/acphotog/sporrs/sotmframes.htm

This page is updated every month, or at least it will be as long as there
is enough votes coming in at the end of each month to warrant it.

February's SOTM results are still on the site too.

Uh....

BTW, Jim, the current SPORRS SOTM does not have a train in it either. :)

Yes, since I am 'the SPORRS site', please send me all these images as
crisp, clear properly scanned digital files of the exact file sizes and
dpi, all ready to upload, and with all of the correct caption information
already included and spelled correctly, ready to cut and paste! I'll be
expecting 'both' of these images at the end of May. :)
