Hey Everybody,

My one and only experience seeing warbonnets happened in 1968 in Denton, Texas
while on a trip to Oklahoma City. There were several ATSF F Units in Denton
basking in the early morning sun. I've never seen a more impressve sight.
Alas, at age 10, I had no camera to record the scene. I haven't been
fortunate enough to enjoy the warbonnet in real life since then. Thanks to
SPORRS members and other outstanding photographers, however, I'm able to enjoy
this timeless scheme until I can see it, and photograph it, for myself. It
doesn't matter how many images there are of Warbonnets out there, I like them
all. By the way, Since EMD's Graphic Design Artists were instrumental in the
original design of the Warbonnet, and many other timeless schemes, maybe we
should thank them too.

Best Regards,

Danny
