Well, my original idea was to produce a B&W page for images made (printed
or scanned) from B&W negatives, but scans from color and B&W prints would
work too.

I can include B&W images scanned from color slides, but I would prefer to
get those images in color if they were originally color slides. I don't
have a budget problem with publishing more color images like a paper
publication.

Not only would a B&W page give the SPORRS members that enjoy darkroom work
a nice place to share and display it, but also the people with only flatbed
scanners can get some nice looking stuff out of their scans too.

Personally, I have been shooting a little of that new C-41 B&W film from
Kodak, and I occasionally use Ilford XP-2, so I may scan some images from
my 35mm negatives. These films are great for all kinds of lighting
conditions, and the tonal range of B&W still interests me as a way to
convey a scene.

Regards,

Dave
