That's fine if you hand process your stuff in a tray or drum processor, but
when you are working  with a large roller fed processing machine, it is
neither economical or realistic to adjust development times.  Although when
I worked in the lab, we had the opportunities to hand process stuff if it
was necessary, the customer paid dearly for this approach, because of the
time and effort involved.  I think I'd just shoot B/W film instead.
