BTW, a film's ISO (International Standards Organization) speed rating is assigned to it by the ISO (Organization), and it cannot be changed. If you rate it at a different speed, then you are changing its EI (Exposure Index). You cannot change an ISO. If you rate your Astia at 80, then you are shooting it at EI 80, because you cannot change its ISO speed, which is just a rating assigned to each film. I shoot my Astia as 100, but a third of a stop makes little difference if you are using your in camera meter outside anyway (another topic).
