Hi All

I'm looking at the effect of recovery interventions on sprint and endurance
performance.  

Athletes use sports massage, spas and contrast temperatures to promote
recovery from training.  However, there is limited empirical evidence to
show that these strategies are effective.  Therefore, I'm keen to find out
what recovery strategies people are using with their athletes, what seems to
work, why you think it might work, and how you assess if it is working.  

I'll post a summary of responses to this list.
