We are currently expanding our performance analysis area by installing Inmotio analysis systems on four football fields (3 outdoor and 1 indoor). I am starting the process of looking for staff to assist in this area. A job description is at this link <http://f1.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/sOgmT2A16dk3ZPAUSlcInoFnSqppYfGUszrTTp1Wu9PbQr quU8SQt9iLsCD5NBlc8pGMjEFJFoHwjJ3LXXna/Aspire%20performance%20analyst%20Feb% 202012.pdf> . I am looking for up to three people who can demonstrate the skill, experience or will to work with coaches and other disciplines (S&C, physiology, physiotherapy) to take the analysis and understanding to a higher level. They must be able to communicate and work with coaches and translate technical data and insight into terms and language coaches readily feel at home with. Of course research is important, but it will be applied in that it must be able to demonstrate a connection with the needs of end users (coaches and athletes).
