Although the main theme of the event is related to our tropical environment, other non-tropical research submissions of strong scientific works are perfectly acceptable too for this sport & exercise science conference. We expect a lively conference with many international speakers already confirmed as attendees. Further details of the conference & invited speakers can be found on the website in addition to discounted rates for non-conference local attractions in and around the Cairns area such as diving and snorkelling at the Great Barrier. Further excursions will be advertised on the website in the coming months and so please regularly check this for updates. Note for Australian attendees, Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) acknowledge continuing professional development (CPD) points for this conference with 15pts available for attendance across the main two days (28-29 November with Saturday 30 November consisting of public sessions) of the event.
