[Uma]: Mustapha, yes of course, this is the only thing that matters for rest
of the nodes in the area/domain and these are indeed SRGB descriptors.
Provisioning here obviously belong to the routing protocol
instance. For rest of the nodes PoV this is your "global SRGB".
