Dear WG, As we mentioned in the meeting, there is a large number of WGLC and Adoption requests incoming. (6 WGLC and 3 adoption, if I've counted right). Similar to last year, we will try to address the workload of reviewing all these documents by extending the comment period.
Other things to keep in mind -- - Before we start the WGLCs, we will ask authors for IPR statements. It would be great if authors responded promptly so that we can proceed. - Several of the drafts have an excessive number of front-page authors. The drafts will not be advanced until it's corrected. Authors, please consider updating the documents promptly so we can move forward when the WGLC concludes. - Everyone, please consider volunteering as a document shepherd. Finally, please keep in mind that the chairs can't read your minds so if you support advancement, please do say so. Likewise, if you don't support it, say that. Silence indicates neither assent nor its opposite. We need a positive indication of WG consensus and support to move forward.
