We have uploaded a straight forward draft on how IOAM data can be carried in 
SRv6 network.



The purpose of this email is to solicit your comments on this work. We plan to 
present this work in Spring and in IPPM WGs at IETF103.

Abstract:
   In-situ Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (IOAM) records
   operational and telemetry information in the data packet while the
   packet traverses a path between two points in the network.  This
   document defines how IOAM data fields are transported as part of the
   Segment Routing with IPv6 data plane (SRv6) header.
