Hello, We have submitted a new draft draft-karboubi-spring-sr-policy-eligibility<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-karboubi-spring-sr-policy-eligibility/> that introduces a concept of eligibility in SR Policies candidate path which permits a path to be signaled and established as operationally up, but controls whether the path is eligible to carry traffic, thus influencing its active state. This proposes an update to active path selection process in RFC 9256 that takes eligibility into consideration. The eligibility property is acting as an indication whether the intent for the SR Policy CP is being met or not.
