Thanks for quick and precise response. Yes, I found the mail-thread now
when I knew what to look for. Especially I found a very good mail from
Weiqiang Cheng, introducing version -08, and asking for feedback.
I wish we saw more "new version" mails like that for other drafts and in
more working groups.

Yes, the dhc WG is cc’ed on this thread. They have also discussed the
draft before adoption — the respective Chairs and ADs agreed for this
document to be processed in spring. We will continue keeping the WGs in
