Thank you for recording the Spring interim on NRP. Here's my understanding that the people (operators, implementors and others) wanted the following two approaches: a) SR-Policy with SID-lists b) SR-Policy with SID-Lists + NRP IDs
The NRP ID can be carried in some data planes. The MPLS may work on the encoding in MNA. The 6man WG will work on encodings in SRv6. For the control plane, the NRP-ID can be encoded in PCEP or BGP. The BGP encoding for an SR policy is defined in draft-ietf-idr-sr-policy-nrp-04 - which has past IDR WG LC. (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-idr-sr-policy-nrp/) Please consider in your discussions on the results of the interim whether the encoding draft-ietf-idr-sr-policy-nrp-04 works for Spring.
