Linseed oil and turpentine are often applied to wood and log homes in the
west, as a semi clear product that "Enhances the Natural Beauty of the Wood"
Yes its used inside too! And I still have the scar's on my hands from
dragging a painter out of a house that was spraying it, when a spark from
the pressure switch on his Airless set it to burning. The house was a total
loss, but no one died, but a few of the contractors employees were jumping
off roofs and out windows. The new water based products are more popular,
but it's still used.

Keith Olbermann said last night that the house, "... fell into a burning
ring of fire. It burned down, down, down and the flames went higher."
Sorry.

Subject: Johnny Cash's house fire
The following paragraph was from the article on this fire on the CNN
website;
"The cause is unknown, but Steele (Fire Chief) said the flames spread
quickly because construction workers had recently applied a flammable
wood preservative to the exterior of the house. The preservative was
also being applied inside the house."
I may have been in New England too long, but I've never heard of
doing this to a wood structure. Anybody else? What kind of an impact
would this have on a 13D system?
