Durations vary (7, 10, 12, 15, and 20 are all possible, maybe more)
based on many factors.  Hazard; insurance carrier; foam type, equipment,
and listing; and system design.  You really need to contact the foam
manufacturer and discuss the specific application.  You may find
components are only listed in a very specific manner.  This applies to
the concentration, too.
