You can try a Google search for a company called Tempest, Inc. They publish a book called "The Shielded Enclosure Handbook" that gets into this in great detail. As an alternative, the client or end user (typically the Government or a Government contractor) may be able to furnish standard details for acceptable penetrations. It can be done, but requires some homework.

The engineer related that there can be no penetration of the room .Any penetration would not allow them to conduct tests. I did find a company that sells a telescoping head; however it is not been U.L. approved. Is my only alternative a FM200 system? This would also create a problem because all suppression systems must be wired to building fire alarm system.
