You will note that although the caps are missing, the female swivel couplings are missing. One of our inspectors found this yesterday. With a rash (at least locally if not nationwide) of copper theft, this finding raises questions about brass theft. This could become a serious issue. I am curious if anyone else has run into this problem in your neck fo the woods and what, if anything, you may have done to remedy it. At this point we are not sure if this is an isolated incident or a city wide problem. Thank you for the assistance.
