There is a lot of unique things on this project. The structure is reinforced at various locations where the mains are to run. The system has about 65 psi available. The consultant laid out a 120k sq ft building with 3 tree systems, therefore, the structure is only reinforced at those locations - we are locked into tree systems. When was the last time you did a big box retailer with a tree system and ex cov sprinklers where only 65 psi is available? I guess I will have to check with Tyco to see if it is acceptable to decrease the flow for the ex cov sprinklers.
