Yes, I did look at a bunch of manufactures and found nothing. Well per 25 2002, we are required to lube the stem so I wanted to make sure I was using the right stuff. 12.3.4.1 The operating stems of outside screw and yoke valves shall be lubricated annually.

Then as I thought back I've never had any trouble with an OS&Y due to lack of lubrication. Any problems always were due to too tight of packing or very high water pressure. Maybe lubricating stems comes from the same mythological pool as whacking a fire extinguisher with a rubber mallet to "fluff" the powder or limiting a system to 52K square feet because you wouldn't want to turn off more than that during any repair or remodel work.
