The initial call made was a phone alarm for the sight of smoke from the
building. While enroute dispatch received the water flow alarm for the
sprinkler activation.

Assume this was a 13R system? No lives lost, property damage minimal.
THAT'S A SAVE!! It not only could have been a lot worse, it would have
been a lot worse without the sprinkler going off. How long before
someone noticed it if not for the sprinkler?
