Does anyone know if FM has a loss prevention standard or special provisions for sprinklers above cloud ceilings? I don't see anything at their web site, but we're looking a project that is mostly office space with cloud ceilings throughout. The flues to the deck above are very narrow and the overall ratio of open area to cloud area is very low. We're trying to determine whether sprinklers are required (by FM) throughout the interstitial space or just over the openings.
