I have a question. Lately I have been getting requests to replace missing escutcheons. Unfortunately, they are no longer available (ie old Gem, Star, Central escutcheons). From my understanding of NFPA 13, only listed components can be used with the sprinkler. What are the owners options? I only see one: Replace the sprinkler with a new listed escutcheon. Does anyone here use the aftermarket, non-listed escutcheons offered in our magazines, etc? Forest Wilson
