I am a big fan of UCONN Women's Basketball. There was an interview
with the Associate Head Coach, who has worked in that capacity for 26
years. She was asked what her job description was and she said 'to do
everything the Coach doesn't want to do'.
Seriously, though. The needs and expectations of each organization is
different, so you should probably take a look at you company and see
what you want or would expect from a Design Manager. The classifieds
in FPC Magazine or listed on monster.com would give you a good
framework, but the final product should be specifically tailored to
your needs. Otherwise, you might not get what you really want. Best of luck
