We've been asked to provide construction documents for a box retail store in Huntsville, AL and I'm wondering: 1) Does AL require a PE to sign/seal 3rd party designs for submittal/permit/construction? 2) If yes, what class of engineer may do so - ME, FPE, other? 3) If yes, I would appreciate a referral to a qualified PE with whom we could partner on this project.
