If I have stable temperatures, like in a small freezer box, do I still need
an expansion tank/pressure relief on an AF system?

Re thinking this (and yes I see the new PRV option in '10) if the
temperatures are stable within a few degrees and I have a heated space
outside the freezer and the freezer is kept at whatever there is really no
changes that will cause a pressure change once the system is charged. Any
nominal fluctuations in temperature would be easily absorbed by the air
trapped in the piping. I only see in 13 'shall' have. Now I assume 99% of
AF is in spaces that rise and fall with outside air temperature changes so
on that basis the shall makes sense.

I also find it humorous Fire-X-Trol's charts are based on a temp variation
of 100 deg. and 70% PG. Seriously, where exactly is this in the US, Key
West, Hawaii, San Diego? Isn't a vast majority of the US more than 100?
We'd be close to 170 here in outside/attic applications with closer to 50%.
