Historic Scotland, the government agency for looking after Scotland's built heritage are one of my consultancy customers. I do quite a lot of training, technical writing and consultancy on fire systems (some of you will remember the sprinkler installation at Corgarff Castle which is probably the oldest fully suppressed building in Europe (and hence the world !) I now am looking at a new assignment - the protection of the whisky bottle store at the Dallas Dhu distillery . I will organise a charter flight for any of you who wish to bid for the work - allow three days for the site visit and one week for recovery !
