I pretty much concieved a form letter, stating; the installation has met the design criterea set forth on dwg # 1 -5 and the specific installation notes by such and such and approved on this date by such and such, THIS contactor is not responsible for any errors or design flaws set forth for the above referenced documents and project, and are the sole responsiblity by the E.O.R. and code review enforcement personel.
