John,

Out of curiosity, and if you know, what was the worst hotel loss of life
fire?

I'm thinking maybe the Winecoff Hotel Fire in Atlanta in '46?

I taught a "Means of Egress" class a few years ago, and that one comes
to mind as having a greater loss of life.
