Hello, I've got a project where there is only one tap into the city water supply and this tap supplies fire sprinkler systems for four buildings. The only problem is there is not one underground main which branches off to each building underground. Instead the fire line goes into only one building (building #1) with it's own riser, feeds the fire sprinklers system for that building then goes down the opposite side of the building, underground, comes up into building #2, with it's own riser, feeds that fire sprinkler system then goes down underground and continues on to each building. Each building has it's own riser but if at anytime someone shuts down the riser at building #1 the entire complex goes down. I hope I made sense.
>From my perusal of 13 and 24 I didn't see anything that forbids this but wanted to run it through the forum. It seems a little too wacky to me. _______________________________________________ Sprinklerforum mailing list [email protected] http://fireball.firesprinkler.org/mailman/listinfo/sprinklerforum For Technical Assistance, send an email to: [email protected] To Unsubscribe, send an email to:[email protected] (Put the word unsubscribe in the subject field)
