This is design only so I'd have to put that in there as a general note. Then the architect may want the exact brand of beer specified and that could lead to RFI's and change orders since most field guys I know like the yellow fizz water stuff and I, being a beer snob, would only specify real beer worthy of the name (think Stone Brewery).
