NFPA does not list the number of risers that a single riser lateral can
supply. However the client's property insurance carriers and corporate
risk management/safety design guidelines might have restrictions on how
much of a facility can be out of service from a single impairment, of if
a severe high hazard process which has a high physical damage or
business interruption loss dollar value might have a separate source of
water from the remainder of the facility. So you will need to check with
your client's risk management department and the property insurance
carrier to assist in answering the question.

Have a fire safe day!

Subject: Number of risers

Does NFPA limit the number of risers served by one lead-in?
