When the statement was made. As I have been reminded several times, this is a forum for technical discussions of fire sprinkler systems. A simple remembrance of something that profoundly effected us all, and for some personally, is an appropriate bending for the forum rules (as is saying something like Merry Christmas). However, to take commentary beyond that is not appropriate in this venue. There are plenty of places out there for that sort of discussion, but this is not one of them. Please confine it to there.
