Subject: Trash Recycling

I looked in the archives and did not find a conclusive answer:

Trash recycling- Intake Pile - all mixed up household trash....

Finished Products leaving the building and store in bales - solid piled as
follows:

Paper - 62%
Cardboard - 30%
Plastic bottles etc - 7%

I am torn between Class 3 and 4 - any ideas?

Thanks,
