That deflector and the linkage, at least from this angle, looks like a
rip-off of an older (conventional) Automatic design but I've never seen an
Automatic "saddle" head. Looks like some guy's make-a-quick-buck idea, akin
to the xmas ornament full of halon xmas tree extinguisher or the current
creosote cleaning log. It's not in the IRI old sprinkler book. I don't
recall seeing it at the FM wall of old sprinklers. And if there ever was a
"cut-sheet" where would you find one. Does anyone have a cut-sheet for the
old, ubiquitous  Grinnell "Glass Disc Model?" I have several heads, a
Grinnell cage for them, and the wrench, but no original literature.
