Without looking anything up I'm pretty sure that if the longitudinal flue space is not blocked and the shelves are less than 64 sqft. it's okay. You would have to look up the definition of solid shelves etc... but the info is in the book. I think FM is different than NFPA on shelves smaller than 64 sqft.
